. We maintain this web site as a service to our customers. By using our site,
you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.
Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these
terms, you should not review information or obtain goods, products or services
from this site.
1. Acceptance of Agreement You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in
this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the
"Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us
and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the
content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject
matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from
time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be
posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the
Site.
2. Copyright The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic
translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are
protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary
(including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying,
redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of
the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not
acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed
through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not
constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. This site
is Copyright (c) 2003, 2004, 2005 by Silveroffice, Inc. All Rights
Reserved. gOFFICE.com is owned and operated by Silveroffice, Inc.

registered trademarks of Silveroffice, Inc. Other product and company names
mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Limited Right to Use The viewing, printing or downloading of any content,
graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive
license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for
republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of
derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be
reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system,
electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale
or redistribution).
If you use the text in our sample text library, you do so at your own risk. We
are not providing legal advice or any other kind of advice. You should assume
the samples are wrong until you independently prove to yourself that they are
acceptable. The text in the sample text library is for the most part not
written by us - we license some of it, but from parties that offer no
certification that the material is correct or current. Other sample text is
simply donated to us by anonymous strangers, and posted on the site
immediately with no review or editing. This is similar to a Use Net
newsgroup in that all the burden is on you to be sure the material is OK to
use. If you are uncomfortable with any of this risk, please do not use our
sample text library.
5. Editing, Deleting and Modification We reserve the right in our sole
discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content
appearing on the Site.
6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners,
attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless
from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's
fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
7. Nontransferable Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password
or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable,
with the exception that if you create a PDF document and assign a document
number to it, and choose to require a password to retrieve that document text,
you may distribute that password to others. Note that this password is not the
password to your account with us. This is a separate password that you may
optionally assign to each document that you create.

AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS,
LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF
WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH
ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US AND YOU.
THIS SITE AND THE INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US
THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE NOT
EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY

since a chargeback to our merchant account will cost us more than a refund to
you of the small amount we charge. This Section 17 sets forth your sole and
exclusive right to refund and return.
18. Information and Press Releases The Site contains information and press
releases about us. While this information was believed to be accurate as of the
date prepared, we disclaim any duty or obligation to update this information or

website.
21. Items To Be Incorporated Above Do not type your US Social Security Number,
your US Drivers License or Indentification Card number, or your credit card
number anywhere on this site, unless specifically requested to do so. For
example, do not compose a letter where you type the non-permitted information.
We use SSL encryption when we solicit your username, password and credit card
details, but not for other interactions, so do not type extraordinarily
information into this site. Note that certain features of this site rely on
regular Internet email. For example, when you ask us to e-mail, fax or print
and send by postal mail a document or presentation, your document will travel
by regular Internet email. All the security risks inherent in e-mail apply. We
use a third party company to fax from this site, and we get the files to them
by regular email. That third party site may have the technical ability to read
your documents, but is in the business of sending numerous faxes for numerous
customers. We have the right to review your use of this site, including but not
limited to studying your usage patterns and reviewing your documents and other
material you may prepare with this site. We do this with significant care and
sensitivity, and anyone that reviews any client text does so only under a
written confidentiality agreement. Forms and Documents. The forms, documents,
checklists, presentations, agreements and publications thereof (collectively,
the "Forms") contained on this site are samples only, and may not be
appropriate under the circumstances for any particular transaction. The Forms
may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations. The specifics of a
given situation may require provisions not contemplated in the Forms.
Requirements for the validity of a Form may also vary greatly from state to
state and country to country. Laws change rapidly and may be interpreted
differently in various jurisdictions. No representations, warranties or
guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, currentness, completeness,
adequacy, reliability, suitability, or applicability of any Form to a
particular situation. Each Form should be treated as a starting point and
should not substitute for professional legal analysis. This site is provided
and each Form is licensed with the understanding and agreement that
Silveroffice, Inc. and the Authors are not engaged in rendering legal,
accounting or other professional services. If legal or other expert assistance
is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought. You
assume all responsibility and obligation with respect to any decisions or
advice made or given as a result of the use of any Form and for the selection
of a Form to achieve your intended result. All responsibility or liability for
any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing
the Forms is disclaimed.

provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our
site and our products and services. This statement will be continuously
assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' needs.
What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information:
personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an
individual basis and Web site use information collected on an aggregate basis
as you and others browse our Web site.
1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide
Credit Card Information
If you choose to purchase products or services from us or our partners, you may
need to give personal information and authorization to obtain information from
various credit services. For example, you may need to provide the following
information:
· Name
· Mailing address
· Email address
· Credit card number
· Home and business phone number
· Other personal information
Email Information
In addition to providing the foregoing information to our partners, if you
choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content
of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
2. Web Site Use Information
Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Web site utilizes a standard
technology called “cookies†(see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?â€) and
Web server logs to collect information about how our Web site is used.
Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date
and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and the Web
sites visited just before and just after our Web site. Some of this information
is associated with you as an individual.
How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our
business activities, providing customer service and making available other
products and services to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally,
we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important
changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think you will find
valuable. The lists used to send you product and service offers are developed
and managed under our traditional corporate standards designed to safeguard the
security and privacy of our customers’ personal information. You may notify us
of your desire not to receive these offers.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are a feature of Web browser software that allows Web servers to
recognize the computer used to access a Web site. Cookies are small pieces of
data that are stored by a user’s Web browser on the user’s hard drive. Cookies
can remember what information a user accesses on one Web page to simplify
subsequent interactions with that Web site by the same user or to use the
information to streamline the user’s transactions on related Web pages. This
makes it easier for a user to move from Web page to Web page and to complete
commercial transactions over the Internet. Cookies should make your online
experience easier and more personalized. This website is largely non-functional
without cookies, and if you choose to turn off cookies, then you are not
permitted to use this website.
How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?
We use Web site browser software tools such as cookies and Web server logs to
gather information about our Web site users’ browsing activities, in order to
constantly improve our Web site and better serve our customers. This
information assists us to design and arrange our Web pages in the most
user-friendly manner and to continually improve our Web site to better meet the
needs of our customers and prospective customers.
Cookies help us collect important business and technical statistics. The
information in the cookies lets us trace the paths followed by users to our Web
site as they move from one page to another. Web server logs allow us to count
how many people visit our Web site and evaluate our Web site’s visitor
capacity. We do not use these technologies to capture your individual email
address or any personally identifying information about you without your
knowledge, although they do permit us to send focused online banner
advertisements or other such responses to you.
Sharing Information with Affiliates
From time to time you may notice offers from outside companies advertised on our
Web site. We take measures to select product or service providers that are
responsible and afford privacy protections to their customers. However, we
cannot make any representations about the practices and policies of these
companies.
Notice of New Services and Changes
Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about
important changes to our Web site, new services and special offers we think you
will find valuable. As our client, you will be given the opportunity to notify
us of your desire not to receive these offers by clicking on a response box
when you receive such an offer or by sending us an email request at
optout@goffice.com.
How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our
Web site, a secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all
information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en
route and decoded once it
reaches our Web site. Other email that you may send to us may not be secure
unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your
transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send
confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers to us
through an unsecured email.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
Information Security. We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the
confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or
disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.
Evaluation of Information Protection Practices.
Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance
with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality
and quality of our information.
Employee Access, Training and Expectations.
Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to
the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices
limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and
disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and
transactions.
How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?
You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we
collect online and maintain in our database by emailing
correctpersonaldata@goffice.com .
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, Web site
traffic patterns and related Web site information to our affiliates or
reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally
identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information?
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words,
when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection
of our legal rights.
What About Other Web Sites Linked to Our Web Site?
We are not responsible for the practices employed by Web sites linked to or from
our Web site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to
other Web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that
may be useful to the users of our Web site.
Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Web site to another Web
site, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction
on any other Web site, including Web sites which have a link on our Web site,
is subject to that Web site’s own rules and policies. Please read over those
rules and policies before proceeding.
Your Consent
By using our Web site you consent to our collection and use of your personal
information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we change our privacy
policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our Web site to keep you
aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what
circumstances we may disclose it.
