Simple non-legal letter of agreement - car damage payment (#848)Back to the Top

 

This letter will confirm our agreement in regards to your motor vehicle repairs. As we discussed, these are the terms:

 

1.    I, Christopher Roberts will reimburse you, Andy Lau, for the damages I caused to your vehicle on October 12th, 2004.

2.    I am only liable up to the amount agreed upon on November 1st, 2004, which was $250.00.

3.    The agreed upon reimbursement amount ($250.00) only covers the cost of parts and labor for your vehicle ($203.67), and compensation for your time ($43.33).

4.    I or other parties are not liable for any other damages caused to your person or your car.

5.    You are not liable in any way, shape, or form. This includes any damages caused to my vehicle, or any injuries I or other parties in the vehicle may have sustained.
